Welcome to Bryn y Cwm Farm

Bryn y Cwm Farm is a small, family run business located just outside Abergavenny on the west face of the Blorenge Mountain of the Brecon Beacons National Park in Monmouthshire. Since 2009 we have bred our Blorenge flock of superb Jacob two horn sheep and every year, starting from October, we have breeding stock for sale as well as tups (rams) to hire. 

Ewes in lamb are sometimes available for purchase in January and February.

From January to March we also have fat lambs for the freezer.

Our animals have an entirely outdoor lifestyle and the flavour of the meat reflects the animals' access to native woodland, hay meadows and natural spring water. Many of our lambs will end up on the plates of local families and the many visitors that come to this amazing part of Wales.  If you would like to buy lamb for the freezer, or if you want to buy a few sheep to keep the grass down, or if you are serious about growing and breeding your own flock of Jacobs, then drop us a line or give us a call!
